Location: Must be based in or commutable to Dallas, TX, Houston, TX, or Lehi, UT. Hybrid schedule required (3 days in office, 2 days remote).

What you will do
- Design and deliver role-based enablement initiatives to strengthen product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
- Own the strategy, governance, and administration of the Highspot LMS/CMS platform.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, and Sales leadership to align enablement programs with go-to-market objectives.
- Develop targeted sales plays and supporting resources to reinforce consistent messaging.
- Apply adult learning principles to create engaging workshops, simulations, and interactive content.
- Track and analyze metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in sales enablement, training, or learning and development within a global organization.
- Hands-on experience managing an LMS/CMS platform, preferably Highspot.
- Strong understanding of go-to-market strategy, product lifecycle management, and sales frameworks like MEDDIC.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Gong, Wrike, or similar enablement and CRM tools.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to improve productivity and content creation.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to influence across teams.

- Previous sales experience.
- Advanced degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience building AI agents for enablement.
