TL;DR

Revenue Enablement Senior Program Manager: Leading strategic enablement initiatives and managing the Highspot platform to drive sales effectiveness and go-to-market readiness with an accent on product knowledge, industry expertise, and operational governance. Focus on designing scalable learning programs, optimizing content strategy, and measuring performance impact across a global revenue organization.

Location: Must be based in or commutable to Dallas, TX, Houston, TX, or Lehi, UT. Hybrid schedule required (3 days in office, 2 days remote).

What you will do

  • Design and deliver role-based enablement initiatives to strengthen product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
  • Own the strategy, governance, and administration of the Highspot LMS/CMS platform.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Sales leadership to align enablement programs with go-to-market objectives.
  • Develop targeted sales plays and supporting resources to reinforce consistent messaging.
  • Apply adult learning principles to create engaging workshops, simulations, and interactive content.
  • Track and analyze metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in sales enablement, training, or learning and development within a global organization.
  • Hands-on experience managing an LMS/CMS platform, preferably Highspot.
  • Strong understanding of go-to-market strategy, product lifecycle management, and sales frameworks like MEDDIC.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Gong, Wrike, or similar enablement and CRM tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to improve productivity and content creation.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to influence across teams.

Nice to have

  • Previous sales experience.
  • Advanced degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience building AI agents for enablement.
