What you will do

• Monitor sanction regulatory changes and assess their impact on business operations.
• Draft and maintain FinCrime policies related to sanctions and terrorism financing.
• Oversee sanction screening frameworks and tool parameters.
• Advise on complex sanction cases and manage communications with regulatory authorities.
• Contribute to the internal control framework, including risk assessments and incident reporting.
• Provide 2LoD support for product launches and system implementations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in FinCrime (sanctions/terrorism financing) covering retail and business customers.
• Expertise in sanctions regulations and exposure to the French sanctions regime.
• Understanding of innovative financial services products like crypto and buy now-pay later.
• Proven track record of stakeholder management and effective communication.
• Fluency in English is required.

Nice to have

• Professional qualification from an internationally recognised body (e.g., ICA, ACAMS).
