What you will do

• Coordinate day-to-day sales operations, including promotional submissions and retailer communications.
• Prepare and analyze sales and inventory reports to identify trends and support forecasting.
• Provide administrative support to the Account Management team and Sales Leadership.
• Manage promotional events, customer presentations, trade shows, and product samples.
• Maintain sales tracking tools and documentation to ensure operational efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience in sales operations, sales administration, or a similar commercial support role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP.
• Proven ability to work with sales, inventory, or reporting data.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and relationship-building capabilities.
• Proactive attitude with high attention to detail.
