What you will do
- Build and scale cross-organizational IT processes including onboarding, offboarding, and inventory management.
- Champion 's platform internally to serve as the primary proof point for AI-first IT management.
- Lead AI adoption and deployment across the team and the wider organization.
- Take full ownership of the technology stack including Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, and Microsoft 365.
- Monitor ITSM metrics and maintain team KPIs to ensure data-driven management.
- Manage vendor relationships, IT budgets, and procurement processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing IT teams in high-tech companies.
- Proven experience leading and developing IT support teams in fast-paced environments.
- Strong technical foundation in networking and enterprise IT infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS environments.
- Experience managing mixed Windows and macOS environments.
- Fluent English, both written and verbal.
