What you will do

• Manage the full accounts payable and accounts receivable cycle from invoice processing to reconciliation.
• Perform daily bank and account reconciliations within Odoo ERP.
• Monitor customer accounts and drive timely collections on outstanding invoices.
• Maintain organized financial documentation and process weekly vendor payments.
• Assist with month-end close activities and financial reporting support.
• Identify discrepancies and recommend process improvements to strengthen financial controls.

Requirements

• 5–10+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience in a senior or standalone role.
• Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP is required.
• Strong understanding of full-cycle bookkeeping, including AP, AR, and general ledger processes.
• Professional English communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Ability to work independently during MST business hours.
