Principal Manufacturing Engineer (OEE/SPC): Leading the deployment of OEE and SPC across manufacturing lines to advance operational excellence within a healthcare technology environment with an accent on manufacturing performance, quality, and efficiency. Focus on designing process improvements, coaching teams on KPI standards, and ensuring sustainable manufacturing capabilities.
Location: Must be based in the USA (Preference for Rice Creek, MN or Tempe, AZ). Minimum of 4 days a week onsite required.
Salary: $123,200 - $184,800

What you will do
- Lead OEE and SPC deployment across manufacturing lines and processes to improve performance and quality.
- Drive manufacturing efficiency using a systems-based approach and operational excellence methodologies.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to plan, implement, and sustain operational improvements.
- Coach teams on OEE/SPC methodologies, KPI standards, and continuous improvement practices.
- Support process design, equipment optimization, and production readiness to meet regulatory requirements.
- Provide onsite leadership and Hypercare support to ensure data accuracy and long-term sustainability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with 7+ years of experience in Operations, Manufacturing, or Quality (or Master’s with 5+ / PhD with 3+ years).
- Unrestricted U.S. work authorization (Sponsorship only offered for Principal-level and above based on expertise).
- Must be able to work onsite at least 4 days a week.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
- Proven experience deploying OEE/SPC projects.
- Experience with Continuous Improvement frameworks.
- Lean Six Sigma certification.
