What you will do

• Design and maintain core platform frameworks, API gateways, and authentication services.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers across the organization.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Actively participate in code reviews and enforce engineering best practices.
• Architect high-performance, secure systems capable of scaling to millions of users.
• Lead large-scale migrations and infrastructure improvements with zero downtime.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software development experience with at least 3 years in a Senior or Staff capacity.
• Strong programming proficiency in Python or Go.
• Deep understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Experience with API gateway design, gRPC, and service-to-service communication.
• Expertise in designing authentication and authorization systems (OAuth2, OIDC, JWT).
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes in a UNIX/Linux environment.

Nice to have

• Experience building shared libraries or SDKs for large engineering teams.
• Passion for performance profiling and benchmarking.
• Experience with GraphQL and modern CI/CD tooling like Drone.
