What you will do

• Lead and mentor a focused subteam of 2-3 robotics engineers.
• Refine current robot designs and architect next-generation autonomous systems.
• Optimize low-latency control, including actuator tuning and motor commands.
• Develop CV-based localization and sensor fusion algorithms.
• Implement navigation, automated planning, and multi-agent squad coordination.
• Participate in ASRS installations across North America.

Requirements

• Must be a resident of the San Francisco Bay Area.
• English proficiency is required.
• 7+ years of professional programming experience in C/C++ or Golang.
• Proven experience leading small, innovative technical teams.
• Extensive background in physical robotics and production-grade system reliability.
• Comfortable working in a unix-like environment.
