What you will do

• Develop and maintain backend services using Go.
• Design and manage REST APIs and internal microservices.
• Build and maintain integrations with 100+ enterprise systems using OAuth and webhooks.
• Design event-driven architectures for high-scale security data ingestion and processing.
• Optimize PostgreSQL schemas, queries, and indexing for performance.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and observability across cloud infrastructure.

Requirements

• Strong backend engineering experience with Go, or Python/Java/TypeScript with a willingness to learn Go.
• Experience building APIs and distributed backend systems.
• Strong experience with relational databases, specifically PostgreSQL.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
• Must be based in Colombia, Mexico, Costa Rica, Brazil, or Argentina.
• Ability to work U.S. Business Hours.

Nice to have

• Experience with event-driven systems and messaging queues.
• Background in cybersecurity, SIEM, or identity management tools.
• Interest in AI systems and LLM-powered workflows.
