What you will do

• Oversee production support engineering, including testing methods and device specification troubleshooting.
• Manage device and component lifecycle after transfer into high-volume production.
• Analyze customer returns and implement minor redesigns to improve device performance.
• Optimize production processes to meet cost constraints while maintaining quality standards.
• Assist customers with device usage problems and complex testing requirements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure manufacturing operations run efficiently.

Requirements

• Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire.
• Baccalaureate degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience (or 2 years with a Master's degree).
• Ability to work onsite 4 days a week in Lafayette, Colorado.

Nice to have

• Machine design experience using SolidWorks CAD software.
• Proficiency in 2D drafting using GD&T.
• Familiarity with various automation control devices.
• Experience creating and presenting detailed design reviews.
