• Lead human factors engineering support for cross-functional project teams developing combination products.
• Design, execute, and author human factors studies and documentation for drug delivery devices.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure innovative products are safe, intuitive, and effective.
• Develop and refine user interface specifications based on user, environment, and therapy needs.
• Translate user needs into actionable engineering requirements.
• Analyze human factors data to optimize product design and safety.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with uFMEA in the bio-pharma industry or academia.
• Technical expertise in robust scientific and human-centered design principles.
• Proven documentation and authoring skills.
• Experience collaborating in cross-functional team environments.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to the USA.
