What you will do

  • Manage the implementation of multiple Sales Excellence programs including segmentation, CRM, and incentive structures.
  • Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and key milestones.
  • Coordinate across Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, and Analytics teams to ensure alignment.
  • Track progress, identify risks, and drive resolution to keep initiatives on track.
  • Lead regular updates and provide clear reporting to leadership.
  • Support the rollout and adoption of new tools, processes, and operating models across the field.

Requirements

  • 8-10+ years of experience in program or project management.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience working across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to influence others and drive alignment without direct authority.
  • Must be authorized to work in the USA.

Nice to have

  • Experience in Sales Excellence, Sales Operations, or Commercial Transformation.
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Dynamics 365 or Salesforce.
  • Exposure to forecasting, revenue management, or incentive programs.
  • Experience in agriculture or complex B2B environments.
