Salary: $129,500 – $188,500

What you will do

• Translate complex accounting guidance and processes into detailed system requirements.
• Provide a finance-focused point of view on solution design, identifying risks and process impacts.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination with process owners and validate accounting results.
• Drive change management, communication, and training for accounting stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
• Manage monthly system releases, identifying issues and prioritizing backlogs with a focus on financial risk.
• Collaborate across functions to ensure effective execution of large-scale finance initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with 5-7 years of functional finance or business systems experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in Billing, Quote to Cash, Revenue, or Financial system implementation.
• Deep understanding of AR, Revenue, Deferred revenue accounting, and indirect tax flows.
• Proven track record in requirements documentation, solution review, and testing validation.
• Strong project management skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both accounting and technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle BRM, RevStream, Partner Revshare systems, or Oracle eBusiness Suite.
• Experience with Zuora, Billing Platform, or Oracle Revenue Cloud.
