Location: Must be based in Colombia, Mexico, Brazil, Costa Rica, or Jamaica. Role requires working during EST business hours.

What you will do

  • Contact and convert inbound property management leads provided by the company.
  • Conduct high-quality sales conversations to understand client needs and position tailored solutions.
  • Execute persistent and organized follow-up strategies to nurture warm leads.
  • Maintain detailed records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with marketing and leadership to improve lead quality and conversion strategies.
  • Move opportunities consistently through the sales pipeline toward signed agreements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
  • Proven background in property management or real estate sales.
  • Excellent verbal English communication skills with confidence speaking to U.S.-based clients.
  • Strong CRM experience managing leads, pipelines, and follow-ups.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Must be based in Colombia, Mexico, Brazil, Costa Rica, or Jamaica.
