Salary: €55,000–€68,000/year, plus 10% bonus

What you will do
- Lead daily IT operations and end-user support, ensuring timely incident resolution and service request fulfillment.
- Maintain high service reliability and uptime for critical systems, acting as the primary escalation point for major incidents.
- Administer and improve IT infrastructure, including cloud environments (Azure/OCI) and corporate networks.
- Implement SRE principles such as infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, and automated monitoring to enhance efficiency.
- Supervise and mentor a small IT/Ops team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning.
- Partner with cross-functional business units to translate needs into robust operational solutions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in IT Operations, Infrastructure, or SRE roles within enterprise-scale environments.
- Full professional proficiency in English is required for this international role.
- Deep understanding of ITIL processes (incident, change, and problem management) applied in a practical, agile way.
- Hands-on expertise with cloud platforms (Azure or OCI), virtualization, identity management (AD/Azure AD), and networking.
- Proficiency in scripting or automation tools like Python or PowerShell.
- Must be based in or able to work from Milan or Turin, Italy.
