What you will do

• Own projects end-to-end, from ideation and analysis to implementation and optimization of internal tools.
• Scale Product-Ops strategies across Italy, France, Austria, and Germany.
• Gather feedback from cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
• Streamline workflows and ensure alignment with company strategy and business objectives.
• Communicate internal product updates and releases to stakeholders.
• Support management with structured reporting and project analysis.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Operations, Revenue Ops, or Operational Excellence.
• Proven expertise in process optimization and cross-functional collaboration.
• Deep knowledge of CRM, project management, ERP, and automation platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, Notion, and n8n.
• Fluent English for cross-market collaboration.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to simplify complex problems and implement effective solutions.
