What you will do

  • Support client-facing discussions regarding targeting capabilities and strategic data consultations.
  • Manage end-to-end research projects from scoping and feasibility to execution and final delivery.
  • Act as an expert user and advocate for proprietary data and insights tools.
  • Respond to RFPs and participate in client QBRs to support the sales team's daily data needs.
  • Collaborate across sales, account management, and data teams on research initiatives.
  • Assist in campaign optimizations based on research-driven insights.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in data operations or ad measurement within the advertising or research industry.
  • Deep knowledge of the digital advertising industry, specifically audience targeting and ad effectiveness.
  • Experience working with third-party data providers like Experian, Liveramp, or Nielsen.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate technical data details into strategic marketing insights.
  • Proven success in managing multiple projects and delivering actionable reports.
  • Must be comfortable working in a hybrid environment in Dallas.

Nice to have

  • Understanding of identity resolution and data matching techniques.
  • Knowledge of omnichannel data and measurement nuances.
  • Experience managing campaign effectiveness solutions like brand lift, attention, and incremental reach.
