What you will do

• Manage third-party risk activities including onboarding, due diligence, and ongoing vendor monitoring.
• Implement end-to-end policies and operating models for supply chain and third-party risk management.
• Oversee internal governance processes for outsourcing approvals and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide clear guidance to staff regarding risk assessment procedures and accountability.
• Prepare regular reports for senior management on outsourcing status, risks, and SLAs.
• Monitor changes to existing agreements and manage the full vendor lifecycle.

Requirements

• English: C2 level required
• German: B2 level required
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain, outsourcing, or third-party risk management.
• Proven experience in the Swiss market and understanding of Swiss outsourcing/resilience regulations.
• Bachelor's degree in STEM, finance, business administration, or economics.
• Ability to develop service management frameworks and conduct risk assessments.
