What you will do

  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, advisors, and consultants to resolve inquiries.
  • Manage the group sales process including onboarding, renewals, and client education.
  • Interpret contracts and financial agreements to address disputes and union-related concerns.
  • Collaborate with installation teams to set up new groups and manage reporting.
  • Deliver training sessions for Group Administrators on systems, products, and invoicing.
  • Represent the company at finalist presentations, trade shows, and wellness fairs.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 1–3 years of experience in group insurance with knowledge of health, dental, life, and disability plans.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel occasionally.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and WebEx.
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills.

Nice to have

  • Progress toward or completion of an insurance designation.
  • Bilingualism in French and English.
