What you will do

• Provide daily operational support and supervision to the Phlebotomy Solutions team.
• Conduct quality checks on patient coordination, specimen documentation, and protocol adherence.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and training for in-office phlebotomists.
• Coordinate and execute clinical audits and onsite visit preparations.
• Partner with Field Sales and Clinical Operations to resolve issues and ensure cohesive support.
• Oversee supply chain needs and maintain compliance with EMR documentation standards.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US and able to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Minimum of 5 years of phlebotomy experience.
• Valid phlebotomy certificate as per state regulations.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong leadership, mentorship, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with clinical compliance standards and laboratory operations.
