Salary: $140,000 - $195,000 USD

What you will do

  • Own the product vision and strategy for enterprise systems, specifically focusing on Quote-to-Fulfillment workflows.
  • Design and optimize Salesforce CPQ configurations, pricing rules, and approval workflows.
  • Manage integrations between Salesforce, CLM, ERP, and billing systems to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Define and monitor KPIs to measure platform health, process efficiency, and system adoption.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to translate operational pain points into scalable technical solutions.
  • Drive change management initiatives, including end-user training and documentation.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Systems, or IT/Operations.
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce CRM configuration, administration, and automation.
  • Proven experience with Quote-to-Cash or Quote-to-Fulfillment platform ownership.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud.
  • Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud Automation (RCA) and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).
  • Knowledge of pricing strategy, discounting models, and deal-desk processes.
  • Advanced degree in Business, Information Systems, or Computer Science.
