What you will do

• Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to align product features with strategic objectives.
• Lead requirements gathering, author functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Develop prototypes, use cases, and data visualizations to support usability and performance communication.
• Drive Agile product delivery collaborating with engineering, data science, and implementation teams.
• Design and execute test plans, manage regression testing, and coordinate issue resolution.
• Conduct product demos, workshops, and training to support adoption and continuous innovation.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United States or able to work remotely within the US.
• Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or Engineering Management (or foreign equivalent).
• Experience with machine learning, optimization algorithms, statistics, and large-scale system modeling.
• Proficiency in Python (NumPy, scikit-learn, LightGBM), SQL, Spark, Databricks, and scalable data frameworks.
• Experience applying Large Language Models and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Analytical and data visualization skills using Power BI or Tableau.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 20% of the time.
