What you will do

• Lead and manage a team of six employees across leasing, operations, and maintenance.
• Set KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and foster a culture of ownership.
• Oversee leasing activity, unit turns, rent collections, and eviction processes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners to drive satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor portfolio metrics and improve operational processes.
• Partner with leadership to support company growth initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of property management experience.
• 2+ years of experience managing teams within a property management company.
• Fluent English and Spanish required.
• Proven experience working directly with property owners.
• Experience managing remote teams.
• Must be available during U.S. Business Hours (EST).

Nice to have

• Experience managing operations across multiple markets.
• Proficiency in Buildium, QuickBooks, and Monday.com.
• Residential property management portfolio experience.
