What you will do

  • Develop and iterate dynamic pricing strategies to maximize revenue across city portfolio.
  • Manage third-party vendors to ensure smooth daily operations and facility appearance.
  • Lead and grow the enforcement fleet (Space Force) to optimize revenue and scheduling.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues proactively to maintain facility performance.
  • Coordinate event rentals, lot closures, and event operations oversight.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Partner Success teams to deliver strong results.

Requirements

  • Must be located on-site in Philadelphia, PA.
  • Strong operations background with problem-solving and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage teams, coach employees, and communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including field work and travel (~2x/year).
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and handle physical demands.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and building processes in a fast-paced startup environment.
