What you will do

• Lead business operations across multiple countries to support regional expansion.
• Oversee office setup, legal entity incorporation, and new market launches.
• Manage payroll, employee onboarding, and local operational processes.
• Coordinate external vendors, consultants, and service providers.
• Support recruiting operations, hiring initiatives, and interview coordination.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable process improvements.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven experience in Business Operations, Strategic Operations, or Founder’s Office roles.
• Strong project management skills with experience handling multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to work across HR, Finance, Legal, and Recruiting functions.
• Proactive, hands-on mindset with high ownership in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and independent decision-making capabilities.
