What you will do

• Proactively manage a complex and demanding diary for the MD, ensuring effective use of time.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel schedules across the UK and North America.
• Prepare meeting materials, briefings, and presentations in collaboration with senior stakeholders.
• Act as a primary point of contact for the Executive Office, handling enquiries with discretion.
• Support the Chief of Staff and Business Manager in coordinating key business events and communications.
• Manage administrative processes including expenses, corporate card approvals, and hospitality.

Requirements

• Must be based in London or able to commute to the office for hybrid work.
• Proven experience supporting a senior leader with a demanding and changing workload.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
