Senior Product Engineer (Node.js/TypeScript)

Location: Fully remote from anywhere in Europe; Warsaw, Poland listed as the job location.

Salary: €75,000–€110,000 per year, plus stock options.

What you will do

• Turn customer problems into simple, useful product decisions.
• Own work end-to-end from shaping the approach and building the solution to shipping, measuring, and improving it.
• Develop creator discovery, CRM, campaign analytics, affiliate management, attribution, and payout features.
• Work across frontend, backend, infrastructure, data modeling, debugging, and product decisions.
• Improve decision quality through clear questions, constructive feedback, and strong ownership.

Requirements

• Experience building and operating production systems used by real customers.
• Backend depth in production services, APIs, data models, asynchronous work, and integrations.
• Strong product orientation and focus on customer outcomes.
• Ability to work across the stack, learn new domains, and operate effectively in ambiguous situations.
• Comfortable collaborating with product designers and caring about customer experience quality.

Nice to have

• Experience with Vue, Node.js, TypeScript, AWS, MongoDB, or ClickHouse.
• Experience with complex workflows, integrations, data-heavy systems, automation, or customer-facing infrastructure.
• Use of AI or LLM tools for prototyping, debugging, or improving work quality.
• Experience in the creator economy, marketplaces, e-commerce, or marketing tools.
