What you will do

• Design engaging and creative event themes, concepts, and attendee journeys.
• Partner with the Event Manager to bring concepts to reality through innovative formats.
• Source and manage venues, suppliers, and production partners.
• Collaborate with Internal Communications to maximize event participation and branding.
• Research industry trends to continuously improve event quality and innovation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in event production, experiential marketing, or employee engagement.
• Proven track record of balancing creativity with operational excellence.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in vendor and venue management.
• Must be able to relocate to Cyprus.
