TL;DR

Bus Ops Trainer I: Designing and delivering training programs for new hires and existing team members with an accent on data entry and reporting functions, cross-training across products, and readiness assessments. Focus on developing training materials and job aids, facilitating live/virtual sessions, evaluating effectiveness, and coaching trainees while ensuring HIPAA/PHI privacy compliance.

What you will do

  • Develop and update training content, job aids, and resource materials for new hire and continuous training needs.
  • Deliver training using tools such as Google Suite and e-learning platforms (Articulate Storyline, Rise), plus videos and engagement tools.
  • Facilitate functional training for onboarding and skills enhancement across multiple products and functions.
  • Assess training effectiveness, collect feedback, and recommend improvements to curriculum and structure.
  • Maintain training delivery records and track training needs by team and individual.
  • Partner with Operations leadership on productivity/quality/accuracy and provide 1x1 coaching as needed, while staying current on process, system, and product changes.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
  • BS/BA in biology or health science (or equivalent years of experience) required.
  • 2+ years of experience designing and delivering training programs in a live or virtual setting required.
  • 0–2 years of related industry/functional experience strongly preferred (e.g., customer experience, clinical data reporting/entry in biotech).
  • Ability to work with PHI regularly (paper and electronic) and complete required HIPAA/PHI privacy, policy/procedure compliance, and security training within the first 30 days of hire.
