• Own backlog prioritization and clarity for complex or multi-squad product areas.
• Ensure sprint goals align with strategic objectives to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Partner with engineering, QA, and design to drive delivery excellence and predictability.
• Coach junior Product Owners and contribute to improving agile maturity across the organization.
• Influence and coach other Product Owners on standards and best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or related role in agile organizations.
• Proven success leading complex delivery initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Deep understanding of agile frameworks, metrics, and continuous improvement methods.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
