What you will do

• Review, investigate, and report money laundering cases.
• Monitor and resolve formal complaints and Financial Ombudsman Service complaints.
• Handle consent refusals following SAR submissions.
• Serve as a point of contact for law enforcement agencies in investigations initiated from submitted SARs.
• Act in accordance with written policies, procedures, and relevant legislation.
• Provide front-line compliance support to other teams and help improve company processes.

Requirements

• Work from the Mexico City office.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of experience in financial crime investigations, or 1+ year of SAR reporting experience.
• English and Spanish fluency (C1+).
• Experience in a regulated or policy-driven environment (e.g., financial institution or law enforcement).
• Knowledge of investigative methodologies using analytical tools (e.g., spreadsheets, filters, pivots, network charts) and ability to work across multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends.
