What you will do

• Provide production support for ACH, wire transfers, card activity, and account maintenance.
• Resolve complex deposit servicing and new business issues.
• Collaborate with external financial institutions to gather information and resolve escalations.
• Provide hands-on guidance and knowledge sharing to team members.
• Partner with analysts to identify and implement continuous process improvements.
• Serve as a key conduit between frontline operations and management.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
• 3+ years of related experience in banking operations.
• Deep working knowledge of deposit operations functions including ACH, wires, and fraud.
• Strong understanding of banking regulations.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
