What you will do

• Direct the development and enforcement of enterprise security policies and roadmaps.
• Implement a comprehensive risk management framework and establish enterprise-level KPIs.
• Oversee daily security operations including vulnerability management, incident response, and SOC activities.
• Lead security audits and coordinate with external assessors to mitigate deficiencies.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing security team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve compliance and operational resilience.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• Bachelor’s degree in Security, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field (or 10+ years of equivalent experience).
• Proven experience managing audits and coordinating with external regulators.
• Broad expertise in cybersecurity strategy, threat assessment, and network security.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical risks into business impact.
• Ability to work effectively in both remote and in-office settings.

• Professional certifications such as CISM, CISSP, CISA, CPA, or CRMA.
