What you will do

• Manage 5–15 active real estate transactions from offer to closing.
• Maintain transaction checklists, timelines, and compliance files.
• Coordinate with escrow, title, lenders, inspectors, and appraisers.
• Input and manage listings on MLS platforms and syndicate across major real estate sites.
• Ensure all contracts, disclosures, and amendments are complete and audit-ready.
• Provide regular updates to buyers, sellers, and agents regarding deal status.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in real estate transaction coordination or brokerage operations.
• Must be based in South Africa or Kenya.
• Must be comfortable working remote during U.S. business hours.
• Proficiency with MLS platforms, DocuSign, and transaction systems like Dotloop or Skyslope.
• Strong skills in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with real estate compliance and documentation requirements.

Nice to have

• Licensed real estate agent or certified transaction coordinator.
• Experience managing 10+ concurrent transactions.
• Experience supporting residential and commercial real estate deals.
• Basic design or marketing skills using Canva or InDesign.
