What you will do

• Support the Art Team with visual asset production and management for Commerce brands and initiatives
• Prepare shotlists, production presentations, production schedules, call sheets, and photoshoot presentations
• Monitor and maintain the Data Asset Management System (DAM); track and catalogue pre-production products
• Create and maintain a sample and product library; call in samples and manage product returns
• Partner with Social and Data Analytics to collect and present data to the Art Team
• Attend productions to assist the Art Director and Senior Production staff; help photograph broadcast segments and editorial UGC content; create graphics as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Photography, or a related field
• 1+ year of experience as a Photo or Production Assistant for an editorial brand
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Comfortable using a CMS and online Data Asset Management system (plus)
• Portfolio demonstrating creativity and attention to detail
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
