What you will do

• Negotiate procurement contracts and secure best commercial terms with suppliers.
• Develop continuous improvement projects for purchasing processes.
• Establish and maintain relationships with global suppliers.
• Monitor supplier performance and delivery schedules, proposing corrective actions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align purchasing strategies with organizational needs.
• Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to identify innovation opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Trade, Engineering, or related field.
• Advanced English proficiency with strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; Power BI and SAP knowledge are advantages.
• Experience in direct purchasing within the automotive aftermarket sector preferred.
• Technical knowledge of filtration and thermal management products (radiators, filters, condensers).
• Availability to work onsite in Limeira, São Paulo, Brazil.
