Location: Hybrid in São Paulo, Brasil (Alphaville region), requiring office presence approximately twice a week

What you will do

• Act as the regional trade compliance focal point for LATAM seeds, with primary accountability for Brazil.
• Manage electronic communications, legal inquiries, and administrative processes with customs authorities using government platforms.
• Monitor and control customs, tax, and administrative processes, including disputes and refunds.
• Own and support Authorized Economic Operator (AEO/AO) certification and audit preparations.
• Oversee import/export compliance for commercial and R&D materials, including permit management and product registration.
• Coordinate documentation gathering across Legal, Finance, and Procurement teams to meet regulatory deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, International Trade, Business, Logistics, Finance, or Law.
• Strong knowledge of LATAM trade compliance and customs frameworks, particularly in Brazil and Argentina.
• Deep understanding of export controls, sanctions, and international trade compliance frameworks.
• Expertise in Incoterms and their operational and financial implications.
• English: Fluent (C1) proficiency required.
• Location: Must be based in the Alphaville (São Paulo) region.
