What you will do

• Lead frontend architecture using React 18, TypeScript, and Vite Module Federation.
• Architect and maintain the platform shell MFE including navigation, session, and RBAC enforcement.
• Establish and govern a shared design system and component library across multiple teams.
• Build, mentor, and manage a frontend engineering team.
• Implement RBAC-driven UI patterns and ensure consistent UX across 9 micro-frontends.
• Collaborate with backend, product, design, and DevOps teams to support CI/CD on AWS.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with React and TypeScript.
• Proven experience with micro-frontend architecture (Vite Module Federation).
• Experience with RBAC-driven UI patterns and modern state management.
• Proven Tech Lead or Team Lead experience.
• Solid understanding of CSS architecture at scale and modern build tooling.
• Experience with AWS frontend hosting and CI/CD pipelines.

Nice to have

• Experience with data visualization libraries like Recharts, D3, or AG Grid.
• Knowledge of accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1 AA) at scale.
• Experience with visual flow or diagram builders like React Flow.
• Familiarity with real-time UI patterns using WebSockets or SSE.
• Background in telecom or SaaS platform UI development.
