TL;DR
Frontend Software Development Engineer (React/React Native): Building and maintaining the foundational mobile and web platform for all product teams with an accent on shared frameworks, design systems, and release infrastructure. Focus on designing scalable client architecture, optimizing CI/CD pipelines, and enabling product teams through tooling and AI-assisted development.
Location: Hybrid in Krakow, Poland (at least 50% in-office)
Salary: zł 245,000 – zł 275,000 per annum

What you will do
- Own the architecture and evolution of the mobile and web platform used by 20+ product teams.
- Lead the development of the shared component library, design system, accessibility, and localization engine.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and safe rollout infrastructure from design to app store delivery.
- Enable product teams through architecture reviews, documentation, and advanced tooling.
- Mentor junior engineers and ensure adherence to quality and regulatory compliance standards.
Requirements
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience with 4+ years of experience building products at scale.
- Proficiency in TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks such as React or React Native.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, or similar).
- Hands-on experience owning the full mobile or web release lifecycle.
- Experience designing data layers using GraphQL, BFF patterns, or similar API contracts.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Krakow office (Hybrid: minimum 50% in-office)
Nice to have
- Experience with backend languages such as Go, Java, or Kotlin.
- Deep knowledge of React Native performance constraints and native bridges.
- Proven track record of onboarding teams onto custom-built platforms.
