What you will do

• Deliver flight simulator and ground school instruction for Phenom 100/300 aircraft.
• Conduct professional pre- and post-flight simulator briefings.
• Serve as a subject matter expert to guide clients through training programs.
• Maintain accurate training records and track instructional qualifications.
• Support the development of curricula and courseware as needed.
• Work toward qualifying as a Training Center Evaluator (TCE) and contract check airman.

Requirements

• Must hold an unrestricted ATP certificate and at least one unrestricted PIC Type Rating.
• Must be authorized to live and work in the United States.
• Must participate in the DOT Drug & Alcohol testing program.
• Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet applications.
• Ability to meet physical demands including lifting up to 20 lbs and working in confined spaces.
• Strong passion for teaching and effective communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience flying single pilot or business aircraft.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver tailored instruction to diverse learners.
• Previous experience in curriculum or courseware development.
