What you will do

• Produce live and pre-recorded content for flagship shows including the Mellow Magic Evening Show.
• Develop creative features, competitions, and interviews for broadcast.
• Collaborate closely with presenters to ensure high-quality, audience-focused programming.
• Generate impactful content ideas for both on-air and social media channels.
• Support station campaigns and initiatives from initial concept to final delivery.
• Maintain editorial standards and manage programme scheduling.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of in-studio radio production experience.
• Proven ability to produce and edit broadcast content.
• Strong editorial judgement and experience supporting on-air talent.
• Proficiency in radio scheduling software or ability to learn internal systems.
• Understanding of the 35+ radio audience demographic.
• Awareness of the Ofcom Broadcasting Code.
