What you will do

• Lead high-level incident resolution and service optimization, handling escalated L1 and L2 support tickets.
• Manage and optimize core IT infrastructure, including physical/virtual servers, cloud environments, networking (switches, firewalls, VPNs), and virtualization platforms.
• Deploy and maintain infrastructure automation tools, such as Terraform, to ensure scalability and high availability.
• Maintain enterprise backup and recovery strategies, ensuring data integrity and coordinating failover procedures.
• Perform capacity planning, performance tuning, security hardening, and disaster recovery testing.
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate with vendors to deliver reliable IT solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant IT administration experience.
• English: Advanced level (C1) required.
• Strong background in system administration and network engineering.
• Practical experience managing VPNs, SaaS systems, and user access lifecycles.
• Proven ability to lead end-user support with structured processes.
• Must be ready to relocate to and work from the office in Cyprus.

Nice to have

• Cisco certifications (CCNA or higher) and proficiency with Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Experience with JAMF Pro (Apple ecosystem) and Intune (Windows ecosystem) management.
• Experience implementing SaaS management optimization tools.
• Background working with network monitoring systems or communication service providers.
