💰 Salary: AED 35,000 – 40,000 per month
🏢 Industry: Real Estate / Construction / Property Development
💼 Experience: 12–15 years

Key Requirements:
✅ 12–15 years of progressive marketing leadership experience
✅ Proven experience within the UAE Real Estate, Construction, or Property Development sector
✅ Strong expertise in brand strategy, digital marketing, performance marketing, media planning, and lead generation
✅ Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns, project launches, and customer acquisition strategies
✅ Strong understanding of off-plan and ready property marketing, CRM, and marketing analytics
✅ Proven experience leading high-performing marketing teams and managing creative, media, and digital agencies
✅ Excellent commercial acumen, leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
✅ UAE experience is mandatory
