What you will do

• Support day-to-day management of international separate accounts across traditional and alternative real estate sectors.
• Coordinate investor reporting and presentation materials, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor portfolio performance, including business plan tracking, valuations, and cash flow analysis.
• Collaborate with asset management, finance, tax, and legal teams to execute asset strategies and disposals.
• Manage liquidity forecasting, distribution processes, and internal approval workflows.
• Maintain data governance and contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience in financial services, real estate, or fund management.
• Understanding of real estate investment concepts and financial modeling.
• Degree level education.
• Strong analytical capability and high attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
