What you will do

• Develop a deep understanding of responsible investment and stewardship propositions, including engagement and voting processes.
• Draft high-quality materials for client meetings, RFPs, DDQs, and media enquiries.
• Provide data-driven insights and analysis on voting and engagement activity for reporting.
• Conduct research on regulatory, market, and sustainability themes to inform product strategy.
• Support the operation and enhancement of internal responsible investment methodologies.
• Contribute to governance initiatives by preparing materials for sustainability performance review committees.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from London
• Demonstrated knowledge of investments, ideally incorporating sustainable investing concepts.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts.
• Proficiency in MS Office and research/analysis tools.
• Familiarity with Python and experience with AI is highly desirable.
• Relevant education or work experience in responsible investing.
