What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients throughout the entire customer lifecycle.
  • Build and maintain trust-based relationships with key stakeholders to drive engagement and retention.
  • Develop renewal strategies based on product utilization, value drivers, and risk assessment.
  • Partner with account teams to identify expansion opportunities and mitigate churn.
  • Design and deliver effective training and platform configurations tailored to client needs.
  • Present data-driven performance insights to executive-level clients to translate metrics into actionable narratives.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the USA
  • 3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or client services within a SaaS or commercial technology environment.
  • Proven ability to manage complex enterprise-level accounts and build relationships at the executive level.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience working with data and spotting trends.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 1–3 times per quarter.

  • Experience in fleet management or the trucking industry.
