What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients throughout the entire customer lifecycle.
- Build and maintain trust-based relationships with key stakeholders to drive engagement and retention.
- Develop renewal strategies based on product utilization, value drivers, and risk assessment.
- Partner with account teams to identify expansion opportunities and mitigate churn.
- Design and deliver effective training and platform configurations tailored to client needs.
- Present data-driven performance insights to executive-level clients to translate metrics into actionable narratives.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA
- 3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or client services within a SaaS or commercial technology environment.
- Proven ability to manage complex enterprise-level accounts and build relationships at the executive level.
- Strong analytical skills with experience working with data and spotting trends.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel approximately 1–3 times per quarter.
