TL;DR
Machine Learning Engineer (AI/ML): Building and optimizing production-level ML/AI solutions and internal AI products with an accent on cloud architecture and model scaling. Focus on optimizing, tuning, and testing models while leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver business-impactful AI solutions.
Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands. Unable to provide work permit for this position. Willingness to travel to local and international clients is required.

What you will do
- Lead an internal team in the development of proprietary AI products.
- Architect and design production-level ML/AI solutions within cloud environments.
- Guide Data Scientists in scaling, optimizing, tuning, and testing models for production.
- Collaborate in multidisciplinary teams to deliver AI expertise for client projects.
- Contribute to the AI community through blog articles, conference presentations, and internal training.
Requirements
- MSc in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience building production-quality ML/Deep Learning pipelines.
- Expert coding skills in Python and at least one of: Scala, C++, or Java.
- Proficiency with SQL, PostgreSQL, and cloud infrastructures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Big Data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, Databricks).
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Dutch is required.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in Management Consulting.
- Experience with coaching or mentoring other engineers.
