hirify.global is recruiting for a high-impact Agentic AI Centre of Excellence (CoE) within one of Europe's largest banks.

What you will do

• Design and implement scalable GenAI solutions and agentic AI systems for a regulated financial environment.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub, Azure DevOps, Terraform, Bicep, and Kong.
• Build and manage AI workflows, including prompt engineering, chaining, and memory management.
• Collaborate with Data Science, Product, and Business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure security, compliance, and performance optimization across GenAI workloads.
• Mentor junior engineers and serve as a trusted advisor on GenAI strategy and operational excellence.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on development experience with fluency in Python.
• Proven track record of shipping at least one AI-powered product (agentic or multi-step system) to production.
• Practical experience with agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or AutoGen.
• Strong proficiency in Cloud DevOps practices, specifically Terraform and Bicep.
• Experience leading technical teams and mentoring junior developers.
• Ability to work effectively in an Agile environment (SCRUM or Kanban).
