• Participate in testing activities and support system releases.
• Maintain functional documentation and ensure service delivery meets agreed SLAs.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with SAP Vistex.
• Proven experience in application support and maintenance.
• Solid understanding of SAP SD integration.
• Proficiency in incident, problem, and change management processes.
• English: Professional working proficiency required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
