SAP Procure-to-Pay / Materials Management (SAP S/4HANA)

SAP Procure-to-Pay / Materials Management (SAP S/4HANA): Supporting a mission-critical SAP S/4HANA transformation for the Joint Transportation Management System (JTMS) within a DoD environment with an accent on procurement, inventory management, and supply chain operations. Location: Remote or onsite at Scott Air Force Base, IL. Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance is required.

What you will do

• Configure and support SAP S/4HANA PTP and MM functionality for a DoD environment.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional designs, configurations, and specifications.
• Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including requisitions, purchase orders, vendor management, and invoice verification.
• Develop functional design documents (FDDs) and specifications for RICEFW objects.
• Collaborate with technical teams (ABAP) to support system enhancements and integrations.
• Perform unit, SIT, and UAT testing, defect resolution, and support data migration activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of SAP functional experience supporting PTP and MM.
• Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA implementations or operations.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
• Strong knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes, including material and vendor master data.

Nice to have

• Active Secret clearance.
• Experience supporting DoD ERP modernization programs.
• SAP S/4HANA Materials Management or Procurement Certifications.
• Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery (Scrum, SAFe).
• Experience with SAP Fiori, Solution Manager, or SAP Cloud ALM.
